A national developer needed assistance with picking out a name, logo and brand identity for a new real estate project with a building the developer owned in Indianapolis, IN.

What we had to do

Create property name, logo and brand.

Athena was tasked with creating a name for the project, appropriate for the local market as well as the brand identity and the logo.

How we did it

After extensive market study to determine who the local was, a numerous list of possible names were created. A narrow list was created and a local survey was conveyed in order to determine which names were the most popular with the local market. Results were tabulated and three options with a suggestion were presented to the owners.

Once the name was picked out, twenty five – thirty logos were originated and narrowed down to 4 finalists. These were presented to ownership who made a few suggestions and final design was created.
