Plaza Las Americas

A brief presentation of this project

What we had to do

New potential property owner interested in refurbishing a vacant building.

Assist a Georgia investment group to determine if a vacant property was viable to be turned into a Hispanic themed shopping center.

How we did it

After extensive market research and analysis, it was determined that the property in question was a viable candidate for a hispanic themed shopping center.

Our vast contacts include a specialist architect that was contracted directly by the ownership to establish a potential layout. With this layout completed we were then able to determine a pro forma for the property and thus supplying the investment group with all the tools and matrix required for them to establish the financial stability of the center. With all these tools in their pockets they were able to procure financing and the project moved right along from there.
